Leave Then Cleave
Terms of Service & Privacy Policy
Welcome to Leave Then Cleave. We are grateful you are here.
This document (the “Terms”) is a binding legal agreement between you and Eterna Home LLC, a Utah limited liability company doing business as “Leave Then Cleave” (the “Company”), operated by Jon and Ashley Lefrandt (the “Operators”). The Company’s principal contact is jon@leavethencleave.com. The Company’s website is located at www.leavethencleave.com (the “Site”). This document contains both the Terms of Service (Part I, Sections 1 through 20) and the Privacy Policy (Part II, Sections P1 through P10). The Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms.
BY VISITING, VIEWING, BROWSING, ACCESSING, USING, PURCHASING FROM, SUBSCRIBING TO, REGISTERING FOR, BOOKING, ATTENDING, PARTICIPATING IN, LISTENING TO, DOWNLOADING FROM, OR OTHERWISE ENGAGING WITH ANY OF THE COMPANY’S SERVICES, INCLUDING THE SITE, PODCAST, DIGITAL PRODUCTS, PHYSICAL PRODUCTS, EVENTS (VIRTUAL OR IN-PERSON), CLARITY CONVERSATIONS, COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIPS, EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS, OR ANY RELATED OFFERINGS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “SERVICES”), YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY BOTH PART I AND PART II OF THESE TERMS IN THEIR ENTIRETY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY CEASE ALL USE OF THE SERVICES.
These Terms contain provisions that affect your legal rights, including: disclaimers of professional and clinical relationships (Section 1); assumption of risk and release of liability for in-person events (Section 8); limitations of liability and warranty disclaimers (Section 16); indemnification obligations (Section 17); mandatory binding arbitration, a class action waiver, and a jury trial waiver (Section 18); and liquidated damages for intellectual property violations (Section 13). Please read these provisions carefully.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of any Services after such posting constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
PART I: TERMS OF SERVICE
The following Terms of Service (Sections 1 through 20) govern your access to and use of all Services provided by the Company.
1. CRITICAL DISCLAIMERS AND ACKNOWLEDGMENTS
No Professional Credentials. The Operators are NOT licensed therapists, counselors, psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, marriage and family therapists, medical professionals, attorneys, or pastoral counselors. The Operators hold no clinical, medical, therapeutic, legal, or counseling credential, license, certification, or accreditation of any kind. No representation to the contrary has been made or should be inferred.
Educational and Reflective Services Only. All Services are educational and reflective in nature. All Content is based solely on the Operators’ personal experience, personal opinions, and personal faith. No Content is based on clinical training, evidence-based protocols, peer-reviewed research, or any professional methodology. The Operators share personal perspectives; they do not render professional services.
Religious Non-Affiliation. The Operators are members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the “LDS Church”). Leave Then Cleave is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by, or connected to the LDS Church or any other church, denomination, religious organization, or ecclesiastical body. All views, opinions, commentary, and scripture interpretations expressed through the Services are the Operators’ personal views only. They do not represent the official positions, doctrines, policies, teachings, or practices of the LDS Church or any other religious organization. The Operators do not speak on behalf of any church, religious leader, bishop, stake president, general authority, or ecclesiastical body. No Content should be construed as official religious instruction, ecclesiastical guidance, or doctrinal authority. The Company encourages all Users to seek God, study scripture, pray, counsel with trusted faith leaders and professionals when appropriate, and act according to their own conscience and circumstances.
No Professional Relationship; No Privilege. Use of the Services does NOT create any therapist-client, doctor-patient, attorney-client, clergy-penitent, counselor-client, or other professional relationship between You and the Company or the Operators. No fiduciary duty, duty of care, or professional obligation arises from Your use of the Services. Because no professional relationship exists, communications between You and the Company or the Operators are NOT protected by any legal privilege, including therapist-client privilege, attorney-client privilege, clergy-penitent privilege, or any other evidentiary or testimonial privilege. You acknowledge that any information You share with the Company or the Operators may be subject to disclosure in legal proceedings or as otherwise required by law.
No Diagnosis, Treatment, or Guaranteed Outcomes. The Services do not diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any mental health condition, medical condition, psychological disorder, or behavioral disorder. The Company makes no representation or warranty regarding specific outcomes or results. Individual experiences vary. No particular result is promised, guaranteed, or implied by any Content, testimonial, or communication.
Not a Substitute for Professional Care. The Services are NOT a substitute for professional therapy, licensed counseling, psychiatric care, medical treatment, legal advice, pastoral counseling, or ecclesiastical guidance. If You need professional mental health care, medical care, or legal advice, seek a licensed professional in the applicable discipline. If You need spiritual or ecclesiastical guidance, consult Your own bishop, pastor, clergy member, or religious leader directly. The Company does not replace, supplement, or serve as a proxy for any professional or pastoral relationship.
User Sole Responsibility for Decisions, Actions, and Disclosures. YOU ARE SOLELY AND EXCLUSIVELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DECISIONS, ACTIONS, AND DISCLOSURES YOU MAKE AS A RESULT OF, IN CONNECTION WITH, OR FOLLOWING YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. This responsibility includes, without limitation:
Setting, modifying, communicating, or enforcing boundaries with any person, including family members, spouses, in-laws, or others;
Initiating, reducing, modifying, or terminating contact with family members, spouses, in-laws, or any other person;
Disclosing or choosing not to disclose information to any third party, including religious leaders, clergy, bishops, pastors, counselors, therapists, attorneys, law enforcement, child protective services, adult protective services, governmental authorities, or any other person or entity;
Seeking or refraining from seeking professional therapy, counseling, medical treatment, legal advice, pastoral counseling, or ecclesiastical guidance;
Making changes to living arrangements, housing, employment, finances, insurance, estate planning, or legal status;
Reporting or choosing not to report abuse, neglect, or other conduct to any authority;
Any other action, inaction, or decision based in whole or in part on Content encountered through the Services.
The Company does not direct, instruct, prescribe, or advise any User to take any specific action or make any specific disclosure. General discussion of topics such as abuse, boundaries, forgiveness, estrangement, reconciliation, reporting obligations, or faith-based decision-making within the Services is educational commentary, not a directive, instruction, or recommendation to any individual User. Because every situation is different, Content should not be interpreted as telling You what You must do in Your own family, marriage, or relationships. The Company does not encourage unnecessary division, retaliation, hostility, or avoidance of appropriate accountability; its goal is to help people pursue truth, healing, wisdom, emotional safety, accountability, repentance, repair, and Christlike love. THE COMPANY AND THE OPERATORS SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY CONSEQUENCE ARISING FROM YOUR DECISIONS, ACTIONS, INACTIONS, OR DISCLOSURES, INCLUDING ANY LEGAL, FINANCIAL, RELATIONAL, ECCLESIASTICAL, EMOTIONAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL, OR PERSONAL CONSEQUENCE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH CONSEQUENCE WAS FORESEEABLE.
Crisis Resources. The Services are not crisis intervention, emergency services, or suicide prevention services. If You are in crisis, experiencing thoughts of self-harm or suicide, or believe You or another person is in immediate danger: (a) call 911 or Your local emergency number; (b) call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline); or (c) contact a licensed mental health professional immediately. Do not rely on the Services in any emergency or crisis situation.
Credentialing Disclaimer. Use of or participation in the Services does not confer any professional credential, certification, license, accreditation, continuing education credit, or professional designation. Any certificate of completion, badge, or similar acknowledgment issued by the Company is recognition of participation only and does not represent professional qualification, clinical competency, or authorization to practice any profession.
BY USING ANY SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO ALL DISCLAIMERS AND ACKNOWLEDGMENTS SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION 1. ALL OTHER SECTIONS OF THESE TERMS ARE SUBJECT TO AND INCORPORATE THE DISCLAIMERS IN THIS SECTION 1 BY REFERENCE.

Gift cards are subject to these Terms; the purchaser is responsible for providing these Terms (or a link to them) to the recipient. Gift cards expire in accordance with applicable law. The Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.
Chargebacks. If you have a dispute regarding any charge, you agree to contact the Company at jon@leavethencleave.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, credit card company, or payment processor. Filing a fraudulent or bad-faith chargeback constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in: (a) immediate termination of your access to all Services; (b) reporting to applicable credit agencies and chargeback fraud databases; (c) recovery of all costs, fees, and expenses incurred by the Company in connection with the chargeback, including reasonable attorney’s fees; and (d) pursuit of all available legal remedies. You acknowledge that the Company reserves the right to contest any chargeback and to provide transaction records, communications, and evidence of your agreement to these Terms to the applicable financial institution.
Donations and Contributions. Any donations or financial contributions made through the Site or related platforms support the Company's content and operations. The Company is not a tax-exempt nonprofit organization, and contributions should not be assumed to be tax-deductible. Donations do not create any professional relationship or entitlement to individualized services and are non-refundable.
5. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
License. Upon purchase and receipt of payment, the Company grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal, non-commercial license to access and use the purchased digital Content solely for Your own personal, non-commercial purposes. No ownership rights in any Content are transferred to You. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Company.
Restrictions. You shall not, and shall not permit any third party to: (a) reproduce, duplicate, copy, or download Content except as required for personal viewing on a single device; (b) distribute, share, lend, gift, or otherwise make Content available to any other person; (c) resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or commercially exploit Content; (d) upload Content to any file-sharing service, peer-to-peer network, cloud storage accessible by others, social media platform, or website; (e) publicly display, perform, broadcast, rebroadcast, or screen Content in any group setting, whether in person or virtual; (f) modify, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or alter Content; or (g) remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice on or in Content. Workshop recordings, where provided, are licensed for personal use only and are subject to all restrictions in this Section 5.2.
Refund Policy. All digital product sales are final once the product has been delivered or access has been granted. See Section 4.3(a).
Intellectual Property and Enforcement. All digital products remain the intellectual property of the Company and are subject to the protections, restrictions, liquidated damages provisions, and injunctive relief terms set forth in Section 13. Unauthorized Use (as defined in Section 13.4) of any digital product will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Disclaimers. All digital products are subject to the disclaimers and acknowledgments in Section 1. Digital products are educational and reflective in nature and do not constitute professional advice of any kind.
6. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS AND MERCHANDISE
Sales Through the Site. Physical products and merchandise sold through the Site are subject to these Terms in full, including all IP restrictions set forth in Section 13. Subject to the disclaimers in Section 1, physical products are offered for personal, non-commercial use only.
Third-Party Retailers. Certain physical products may also be available through third-party retailers (e.g., Amazon). Purchases made through a third-party retailer are governed by that retailer’s terms of sale, return policies, and shipping terms. The Company is not a party to transactions conducted through third-party retailers and assumes no liability for fulfillment, shipping, returns, or customer service handled by such retailers. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all Company IP rights in the Content, trademarks, and designs embodied in or displayed on such products remain in full force and are subject to Section 13, regardless of the point of sale.
Refunds. Refunds for physical products purchased through the Site are governed by Section 4.3(b). For products purchased through a third-party retailer, the retailer’s refund and return policies apply.
Shipping and Risk of Loss. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title to physical products pass to You upon delivery to the carrier. The Company is not liable for delays, damage, or loss caused by the carrier or postal service. If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact jon@leavethencleave.com within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
7. LIVE VIRTUAL EVENTS AND WORKSHOPS
Subject to the disclaimers in Section 1, the following terms govern all live virtual events and workshops offered through the Services.
Educational Nature. All live virtual events and workshops are educational and reflective in nature. They do not constitute therapy, counseling, group therapy, crisis support, or any form of professional treatment. No professional-client relationship is created by attendance or participation.
Registration. Registration is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, transfer, or assign your registration, access credentials, or event links to any other person. Each registration entitles one (1) individual to attend. The Company may deny entry to any person using shared or transferred credentials.
Recording Consent. Events may be recorded in audio and video format. BY REGISTERING FOR AND ATTENDING ANY LIVE VIRTUAL EVENT, YOU EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO BEING RECORDED (AUDIO AND VIDEO), REGARDLESS OF THE STATE OR JURISDICTION FROM WHICH YOU ARE PARTICIPATING. Recordings may be made available to other registered attendees, offered as digital products, or used for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be recorded, you must contact the Company at jon@leavethencleave.com before the event to discuss accommodations, which may include attending with your camera off and microphone muted. Attendance without prior written objection constitutes consent to recording.
Replays. Where replay access is offered, the duration and availability of replay access will be described at the time of purchase. Access to replays terminates when the stated replay window closes, and the Company is under no obligation to extend replay availability. Replay access is subject to the same license restrictions set forth in Section 5.
Participant Conduct. You agree to treat all participants, Operators, and guests with respect during any live virtual event. The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove any participant who engages in disruptive, disrespectful, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate behavior. Removal under this subsection is without refund.
Confidentiality. You may not record (audio, video, or screen capture), screenshot, or otherwise capture any portion of a live virtual event. You may not share, reproduce, or disclose the personal stories, identifying information, or any other details of other participants encountered during the event to any person outside the event. Violation of this subsection constitutes Unauthorized Use subject to the remedies in Section 13.4.
Refund Terms. Refunds for live virtual events are governed by Section 4.3(c). Refund requests must be submitted at least forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled event start time. No refunds will be issued after the event has occurred or within forty-eight (48) hours of the event. If the Company cancels an event, a full refund will be provided.
8. IN-PERSON EVENTS
Subject to the disclaimers in Section 1, the following terms govern all in-person events hosted, organized, or facilitated by the Company or Operators.
Assumption of Risk and Release. BY ATTENDING ANY IN-PERSON EVENT, YOU VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS OF INJURY, ILLNESS, DEATH, DAMAGE, OR LOSS TO YOU OR YOUR PROPERTY ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ATTENDANCE, INCLUDING RISKS ARISING FROM: (A) TRAVEL TO AND FROM THE EVENT, INCLUDING DRIVING AND PARKING; (B) CONDITIONS AT THE EVENT LOCATION, INCLUDING STAIRS, WALKWAYS, OUTDOOR AREAS, AND COMMON AREAS; (C) INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER ATTENDEES, HOSTS, OR THIRD PARTIES; (D) FOOD, BEVERAGES, OR OTHER ITEMS SERVED OR PROVIDED; (E) WEATHER CONDITIONS; (F) EMOTIONAL OR PSYCHOLOGICAL RESPONSES TO EVENT CONTENT OR DISCUSSIONS; AND (G) ANY OTHER HAZARD, WHETHER FORESEEN OR UNFORESEEN. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS PROVISION, UNDERSTAND ITS MEANING, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY IT.
Covenant Not to Sue. YOU COVENANT NOT TO SUE AND HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, AND FOREVER DISCHARGE THE COMPANY, THE OPERATORS, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE FAMILIES, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, DEMANDS, CAUSES OF ACTION, COSTS, AND EXPENSES OF EVERY KIND AND NATURE, WHETHER KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH YOUR ATTENDANCE AT ANY IN-PERSON EVENT, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE ACTIVE OR PASSIVE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES OR OTHERWISE. THIS RELEASE DOES NOT APPLY TO CLAIMS ARISING FROM GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT BY THE RELEASED PARTIES. IF ANY COURT OR ARBITRATOR HOLDS THIS RELEASE UNENFORCEABLE IN WHOLE OR IN PART, YOU AGREE THAT YOUR TOTAL RECOVERABLE DAMAGES SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APPLICABLE EVENT.
No Bailment. The Company assumes no responsibility for personal property, vehicles, or valuables brought to or left at any event location. No bailment is created by your presence at an event or by the availability of parking, coat storage, or any other accommodation. The Company provides no guarantees regarding parking availability, security, or safety of vehicles or personal items.
Emergency Medical Consent. By attending any in-person event, you consent to the Company or Operators arranging emergency medical care and transportation on your behalf if, in their reasonable judgment, such care is appropriate. You agree that the Released Parties shall have no liability arising from the provision of, or decision to provide, emergency medical care or transportation, and the release in Section 8.2 extends to all claims arising from such care.
Food and Allergens. If food or beverages are served at an event, you are solely responsible for disclosing any allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions to the Company in writing before the event. The Company will use reasonable efforts to accommodate disclosed restrictions but does not guarantee an allergen-free environment. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company is not liable for allergic reactions, food sensitivities, foodborne illness, or any adverse reaction to food or beverages served or made available at any event.
Photography and Media. The Company may photograph, film, or otherwise record in-person events. By attending, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, and distribute your name, likeness, image, voice, and statements captured at the event for any purpose, including promotional, commercial, and educational purposes, in any medium now known or later developed. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you must notify the Company in writing at jon@leavethencleave.com before the event. The Company will use reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests but cannot guarantee complete exclusion from all event media.
Event Address Confidentiality. You shall not share, post, or publish the event address, location details, or directions on social media, any public platform, or with any person who is not a registered attendee of the applicable event. Violation of this provision may result in removal from the event and future events without refund.
Guest Tickets. If you purchase a ticket for a guest, you are responsible for ensuring that your guest has read, understood, and agreed to these Terms (including Sections 8.1 and 8.2) before attending. The Company may require the guest to sign a separate written acknowledgment or waiver as a condition of entry. You agree to indemnify the Company for any claims brought by your guest arising from or connected with the event.
Conduct. You shall obey all applicable laws and regulations while attending any in-person event. You shall treat all attendees, Operators, hosts, staff, and volunteers with respect. The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove any attendee who engages in disruptive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate behavior. Removed attendees shall not be entitled to any refund.
9. CLARITY CONVERSATIONS
Subject to the disclaimers in Section 1, the following terms govern all one-on-one Clarity Conversations offered by the Company or Operators. Any coaching, consulting, or other paid support offered by the Company is educational and faith-centered in nature and does not create a professional-client relationship unless otherwise clearly stated in a separate written agreement.
Nature of Sessions. Clarity Conversations are educational and reflective sessions based on the Operators’ personal experience, opinions, and faith. They are not therapy, counseling, clinical assessment, crisis intervention, pastoral counseling, or any form of professional service. No therapist-client, doctor-patient, attorney-client, clergy-penitent, or other professional-client relationship is created by scheduling, attending, or participating in a Clarity Conversation. Because the Operators hold no clinical, therapeutic, medical, legal, or pastoral credentials or licenses, communications during Clarity Conversations are NOT protected by any legal privilege, including therapist-client privilege, clergy-penitent privilege, or attorney-client privilege. No diagnosis, treatment plan, clinical recommendation, or guaranteed outcome is provided or implied.
Booking and Availability. Clarity Conversations are booked through the Company’s designated scheduling platform and are subject to Operator availability. The Company reserves the right to limit, suspend, or discontinue Clarity Conversations at any time without prior notice.
Cancellation and No-Shows. You must cancel or reschedule a Clarity Conversation at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled session time. Cancellations made fewer than 24 hours before the session and no-shows are non-refundable. Cross-reference Section 4.3(d) for applicable refund terms.
Confidentiality. The Company will treat the substance of your Clarity Conversation as private and will not voluntarily disclose session content to third parties, except: (a) as required or permitted by applicable law, regulation, or legal process; (b) where the Company reasonably believes disclosure is necessary to prevent imminent harm to you or another person; or (c) with your prior written consent. You acknowledge that, because the Operators are not licensed professionals, no statutory or common-law privilege (including therapist-client privilege, clergy-penitent privilege, or any other evidentiary privilege) attaches to any communication made during a Clarity Conversation, and such communications may be subject to compelled disclosure in legal proceedings.
No Recording. Neither party may record (audio or video) any portion of a Clarity Conversation without the prior written consent of the other party. Unauthorized recording constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may subject the recording party to the liquidated damages provision in Section 13.4.
Crisis Protocol. If, during a Clarity Conversation, a User presents as being in crisis or expresses intent to harm themselves or others, the Operator may pause or terminate the session immediately and direct the User to call 911, the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, or a licensed mental health professional. The Company and Operators are not crisis counselors and assume no duty to provide crisis intervention, suicide prevention, or emergency services. The User’s sole responsibility for seeking appropriate professional care, as set forth in Section 1.6 and Section 1.7, applies at all times during and after a Clarity Conversation.
User Acknowledgment. By booking or attending a Clarity Conversation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to Section 1 (Critical Disclaimers and Acknowledgments) in its entirety and that you accept sole responsibility for any decisions, actions, or disclosures you make during or as a result of the session, as described in Section 1.7.
10. COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIPS
Subject to the disclaimers in Section 1, the following terms govern all community memberships offered by the Company.
Scope. This Section applies to the Estrangement Support Circle (Instagram), paid Instagram channels, and any community platform the Company may establish in the future (including Membership.io, Patreon, Circle, or similar platforms). References to “Community” or “Communities” in this Section mean any such offering.
Third-Party Platforms. Where a Community is hosted on or subscriptions are purchased through a third-party platform (e.g., Instagram), the User’s subscription is also subject to that platform’s terms of service, payment terms, and policies. The Company’s disclaimers, conduct rules, intellectual property restrictions, and Community Rules set forth in this Section apply in full regardless of the platform on which the Community operates. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a third-party platform’s terms, these Terms govern the relationship between the User and the Company.
Subscription Terms. Community memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis at the rate disclosed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period; access continues through the remainder of the paid period. No partial or pro-rata refunds will be issued for any unused portion of a billing cycle.
No Professional Relationship. Membership in any Community does not create a therapeutic, counseling, medical, legal, pastoral, clergy-penitent, or other professional-client relationship between the Member and the Company or Operators. All interactions within the Community are educational and peer-supportive in nature.
Community Rules. The following rules constitute the baseline rules of conduct for all Communities (the “Community Rules”). The Company may publish supplemental community guidelines within any Community platform; such supplemental guidelines are incorporated into these Terms by reference and may be updated from time to time. By joining or participating in any Community, you agree to comply with the Community Rules and all supplemental guidelines:
Pitch-Free Zone. Do not pitch, promote, market, or sell any products, services, programs, courses, or events to other Members within any Community.
No Shadow Groups. Do not form, create, or invite Members to join unofficial groups, channels, or forums on social media or any other platform. Do not organize unauthorized in-person meetups of Community Members.
No Screenshots. Do not take screenshots, screen recordings, or other captures of any content shared by the Company, Operators, or other Members without express written permission from the original poster.
No Sharing Outside the Community. Do not share private information, screenshots, posts, messages, or any content from the Community with anyone outside the Community, whether verbally, in writing, or through any electronic means.
AI Prohibition. Do not use any artificial intelligence technology to record, transcribe, summarize, analyze, or otherwise process any live sessions, posted content, or Member communications within the Community.
Respect and Anti-Harassment. Treat all Members, Operators, and guests with respect and compassion. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, discrimination, threats, doxxing, and sharing of other Members’ identifying information without consent are strictly prohibited.
No Professional Advice. Do not provide medical, therapeutic, psychological, legal, or clinical advice to other Members. Members may share personal experiences but must not hold themselves out as providing professional guidance.
Pseudonyms. You may use a pseudonym or first name only in place of your legal name within the Community.
No Recording. Do not record (audio or video) any live Community sessions, calls, or events by any means, whether manual or automated.
Enforcement. The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove, suspend, or ban any Member who violates the Community Rules or any supplemental guidelines, without prior notice and without refund. The Company is not required to provide a reason for removal. The Company is not liable for any content posted by Members or for the conduct of any Member within or outside the Community. Members who become aware of a violation of the Community Rules should report it to jon@leavethencleave.com.
11. PODCAST
Subject to the disclaimers in Section 1, Cleave: The Podcast (the “Podcast”) is educational and reflective in nature, based on the Operators’ personal experience, opinions, and faith. The Podcast does not constitute therapy, counseling, medical advice, legal advice, or pastoral guidance, and no professional-client relationship is created by listening to or engaging with the Podcast.
The Podcast is distributed through third-party platforms (which may include Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Amazon Music, YouTube, and similar services). Your use of any third-party platform to access the Podcast is subject to that platform’s own terms of service and privacy policy. The Company is not responsible for the content, policies, practices, availability, or functionality of any third-party platform. The Company does not control and assumes no liability for third-party platform advertising, recommendations, or other content displayed alongside or in connection with the Podcast.
All Content contained in the Podcast, including audio recordings, show notes, transcripts, graphics, and associated materials, is the intellectual property of the Company and is subject to the restrictions set forth in Section 13. You may not reproduce, redistribute, rebroadcast, upload, or create derivative works from any Podcast Content except as expressly permitted under these Terms.
12. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
By subscribing to any Company email list, newsletter, or communication channel, You consent to receive periodic emails from the Company, including promotional content, educational materials, product announcements, event notifications, and administrative communications related to the Services. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in each email. Unsubscribe requests will be processed promptly in accordance with applicable law. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect transactional or administrative emails related to Your purchases, account, or active subscriptions. The Company uses third-party email service providers to deliver communications; Your information will be shared with such providers solely for the purpose of email delivery, subject to the Privacy Policy in Part II. All email communications comply with the CAN-SPAM Act (15 U.S.C. § 7701 et seq.) and applicable anti-spam laws.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Ownership. All Content is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade dress, and other intellectual property laws. “Leave Then Cleave,” “Cleave: The Podcast,” “Christlike Boundaries,” and all associated logos, trade names, taglines, and design elements are trademarks or service marks of the Company (collectively, “Marks”). Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership interest in any Content or Marks to any User.
Limited License. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal, non-commercial license to access and view Content solely for your own private, non-commercial use. This license does not include any right to sublicense, assign, or transfer any rights to any third party. The Company may revoke this license at any time, with or without cause, upon notice to you.
Restrictions. You shall not, directly or indirectly: (a) reproduce, duplicate, copy, download (except as expressly permitted for purchased digital products under Section 5), or store any Content; (b) republish, distribute, display, perform, transmit, broadcast, or make available any Content to any third party by any means, including email, file-sharing services, cloud storage shared links, social media, or any other platform; (c) sell, resell, license, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise commercially exploit any Content; (d) modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or decompile any Content; (e) upload, submit, or input any Content into any artificial intelligence platform, large language model, machine learning tool, or similar technology, or use any such technology to record, transcribe, summarize, or process any live session, event, or community content; (f) frame, mirror, or use metatags or hidden text incorporating any Marks or Content on any other website or platform; or (g) remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice on or in any Content.
Liquidated Damages. Any use of Content in violation of Section 13.3 constitutes “Unauthorized Use.” The parties acknowledge that Unauthorized Use will cause the Company damages that are difficult to calculate with precision. Accordingly, you agree to pay the Company, as liquidated damages and not as a penalty, an amount equal to the GREATER of: (i) TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($10,000); or (ii) five (5) times the total fees you have paid to the Company for any Services. These liquidated damages are in addition to, and not in lieu of, any other legal or equitable remedies available to the Company, including actual damages, statutory damages, disgorgement of profits, and recovery of attorney’s fees and costs.
Injunctive Relief. You acknowledge and agree that any Unauthorized Use or other violation of this Section 13 would cause irreparable harm to the Company for which monetary damages alone would be an inadequate remedy. You therefore consent to the entry of injunctive relief (including temporary restraining orders, preliminary injunctions, and permanent injunctions) in favor of the Company to restrain any such violation, without the requirement of posting a bond or other security and without proof of actual damages. This right to injunctive relief is in addition to any other remedies available at law or in equity.
14. USER CONTENT, TESTIMONIALS, AND PUBLIC POSTS
License to Company. By submitting any content to the Company or through the Services (including comments, posts, photographs, videos, testimonials, reviews, and questions submitted during Q&A sessions), or by posting publicly about Leave Then Cleave, the Podcast, or any Services on any public social media platform, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, and distribute such content for any purpose, including commercial and promotional purposes, in any media now known or hereafter developed. This license survives termination of your account or cessation of your use of the Services. The Company may use your first name and general geographic location alongside testimonials or other User-submitted content unless you request otherwise in writing to jon@leavethencleave.com. You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your content does not infringe or violate the rights of any third party.
Testimonial Disclaimer. Testimonials and user stories reflect the individual experiences of the persons who provide them. YOUR RESULTS MAY VARY. Testimonials have not been clinically proven, scientifically evaluated, or independently verified. Testimonials do not constitute claims that the Services diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental health condition, medical condition, or other ailment. No testimonial should be construed as a guarantee or prediction of any particular outcome. The Company may change or omit identifying details in shared stories to protect privacy.
Guest Contributors. If you appear as a guest on the Podcast, at any live event, or in any other Company production, all content created during your appearance (including audio recordings, video recordings, transcripts, and written materials) is licensed to the Company under the same terms set forth in Section 14.1 unless a separate written agreement signed by both you and the Company expressly provides otherwise. You acknowledge that the Company may edit, distribute, and monetize such content at its sole discretion without further notice or compensation to you.
15. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain links, references, or integrations to websites, platforms, applications, or resources operated by third parties. These links are provided for convenience and informational purposes only. The Company does not control, endorse, sponsor, or assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, terms of use, products, services, or availability of any third-party website or resource. Inclusion of any link does not imply affiliation with or endorsement of the linked site or its operator by the Company or the Operators.
You access third-party websites and resources at your own risk. You are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms of service, privacy policies, and other governing documents of any third-party website you visit through the Services. The Company shall have no liability for any damage, loss, claim, or expense arising from or in connection with your use of or reliance on any third-party website, content, product, or service.
The Services may contain affiliate links to third-party products or services. The Company may receive a commission if You purchase through such links, at no additional cost to You. Any sponsored content or material affiliate relationships will be disclosed as required by applicable law. You are solely responsible for evaluating any third-party product or service before purchasing.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Disclaimer of Warranties. THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY AND OPERATORS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AVAILABILITY, COMPATIBILITY, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, OR USAGE OF TRADE. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY CONTENT WILL PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT OR OUTCOME.
Exclusion of Damages. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY, THE OPERATORS, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE FAMILIES, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, SUCCESSORS, OR ASSIGNS BE LIABLE FOR ANY: (A) INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND; (B) LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES; (C) DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR DECISIONS, ACTIONS, OR DISCLOSURES MADE IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES, INCLUDING RELATIONAL, ECCLESIASTICAL, LEGAL, FINANCIAL, EMOTIONAL, OR PERSONAL CONSEQUENCES; (D) DAMAGES ARISING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (E) DAMAGES ARISING FROM STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON OR THROUGH THE SERVICES; OR (F) DAMAGES ARISING FROM ANY CONTENT OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Liability Cap. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE COMPANY AND OPERATORS FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00); OR (B) THE TOTAL AMOUNTS ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO THE COMPANY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION OR THEORY OF LIABILITY AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Jurisdictional Savings Clause. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN TYPES OF DAMAGES. TO THE EXTENT THAT SUCH RESTRICTIONS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY, AND YOU MAY HAVE RIGHTS IN ADDITION TO THOSE CONTAINED HEREIN. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, THE LIABILITY OF THE COMPANY AND OPERATORS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
Essential Basis of the Bargain. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE COMPANY HAS OFFERED THE SERVICES, SET ITS PRICES, AND ENTERED INTO THESE TERMS IN RELIANCE UPON THE DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTY AND THE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY SET FORTH HEREIN, THAT THE SAME REFLECT A REASONABLE AND FAIR ALLOCATION OF RISK BETWEEN YOU AND THE COMPANY, AND THAT THE SAME FORM AN ESSENTIAL BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN YOU AND THE COMPANY. THE COMPANY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THE SERVICES TO YOU ON AN ECONOMICALLY REASONABLE BASIS WITHOUT THESE LIMITATIONS.
17. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, the Operators, and their respective families, agents, employees, volunteers, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your access to or use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary right; (d) any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Services or on any public platform in connection with the Services; and (e) any decisions, actions, disclosures, or outcomes resulting from or related to your use of the Services, including decisions regarding boundaries, contact with family members or others, disclosures to third parties (including religious leaders, clergy, counselors, therapists, attorneys, law enforcement, child protective services, or governmental authorities), and any legal, financial, relational, ecclesiastical, or personal consequences thereof.
This indemnification obligation survives termination or expiration of these Terms and your cessation of use of the Services. The Company reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify the Indemnified Parties, and you agree to cooperate with the Company’s defense of such claims. You shall not settle any claim subject to this Section without the prior written consent of the Company.
18. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Governing Law. These Terms and all disputes arising out of or relating to the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal proceeding, You must contact the Company at jon@leavethencleave.com and provide a written description of the dispute, including the relief sought. The parties shall attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for a period of thirty (30) days from the date the Company receives such notice. No arbitration or court proceeding may be commenced until this 30-day informal resolution period has expired.
Mandatory Binding Arbitration. ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES THAT IS NOT RESOLVED THROUGH THE INFORMAL RESOLUTION PROCESS IN SECTION 18.2 SHALL BE RESOLVED EXCLUSIVELY BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION (“AAA”) UNDER ITS THEN-CURRENT CONSUMER ARBITRATION RULES (or, if the AAA determines that the Consumer Arbitration Rules do not apply, its then-current Commercial Arbitration Rules). The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator in Salt Lake County, Utah. The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve all disputes arising out of or relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of these Terms, including whether a claim is subject to arbitration. The arbitrator’s award shall be final and binding on the parties and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. The arbitrator may award any relief that a court of competent jurisdiction could award, subject to the limitations set forth in these Terms.
Fallback Jurisdiction. If the arbitration provision in Section 18.3 is found to be unenforceable for any reason, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum or lack of jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver. YOU AND THE COMPANY AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDING, WHETHER IN ARBITRATION OR IN COURT, SHALL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION, OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON’S CLAIMS AND MAY NOT PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. IF THIS CLASS ACTION WAIVER IS FOUND TO BE UNENFORCEABLE WITH RESPECT TO A PARTICULAR CLAIM, THAT CLAIM SHALL PROCEED IN A COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION UNDER SECTION 18.4, AND THE REMAINING CLAIMS SHALL PROCEED IN ARBITRATION.
Jury Trial Waiver. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AND THE COMPANY EACH IRREVOCABLY WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY LEGAL PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES.
Attorney’s Fees. In any arbitration, litigation, or other proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorney’s fees, costs, and expenses from the non-prevailing party.
19. FORCE MAJEURE
The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing any obligation under these Terms where such failure or delay results from events beyond the Company’s reasonable control, including: fire; flood; earthquake; storm or other natural disaster; epidemic or pandemic; illness or incapacity of the Operators; labor dispute or strike; utility or telecommunications failure; act of God; war, terrorism, or civil unrest; government order, regulation, or restriction; venue unavailability; third-party platform outage; or any other cause beyond the Company’s reasonable control (each, a “Force Majeure Event”).
Upon the occurrence of a Force Majeure Event, the Company will provide notice to affected Users as soon as reasonably practicable. The Company may, at its sole discretion: (a) suspend or delay performance for the duration of the Force Majeure Event; (b) offer a revised schedule or alternative format for the affected Service; (c) provide a credit toward future Services; or (d) terminate the affected obligation and issue a refund limited to amounts paid for the specific Service that was not delivered. The Company shall have no further liability arising from or in connection with a Force Majeure Event beyond the remedies stated in this Section 19.
20. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Assignment. The Company may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction and without notice to You. You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without the Company’s prior written consent. Any purported assignment in violation of this provision is void.
Severability; Waiver; Entire Agreement. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed; the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of the Company to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver shall be effective unless in writing and signed by the Company. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy in Part II and any supplemental terms or policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, representations, and agreements, whether oral or written.
Notices. All notices to the Company shall be sent by email to jon@leavethencleave.com. Notices to You shall be sent to the most recent email address You have provided to the Company. Notice is deemed given: (a) to the Company, upon actual receipt; and (b) to You, upon transmission to Your email address on file. You are responsible for keeping Your contact information current.
Modifications. The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time in its sole discretion. The revised Terms will be posted on the Site with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of any Services after the revised Terms are posted constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Terms. If You do not agree to the revised Terms, You must immediately cease using the Services. For material changes, the Company may, but is not obligated to, provide notice by email or through the Services.
Survival. The following Sections shall survive any termination, expiration, or cancellation of these Terms or Your access to the Services: Sections 1 (Critical Disclaimers and Acknowledgments), 8.1 (Assumption of Risk and Release), 8.2 (Covenant Not to Sue), 13 (Intellectual Property), 14 (User Content, Testimonials, and Public Posts), 16 (Limitation of Liability), 17 (Indemnification), 18 (Dispute Resolution), and 20 (General Provisions). All accrued rights, obligations, and liabilities of the parties shall also survive termination.
International Users. The Services are operated from the United States. If You access the Services from outside the United States, You do so at Your own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. The Company makes no representation that the Services or Content are appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction outside the United States.
Headings. All section headings, captions, and titles in these Terms are for convenience of reference only and shall not affect the interpretation or construction of any provision.
Relationship of the Parties. Nothing in these Terms creates a joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship between You and the Company. Neither party has authority to bind the other or to incur obligations on the other’s behalf.
No Third-Party Beneficiaries. These Terms are for the sole benefit of the Company and You. No third party has any right to enforce any provision of these Terms, except that the Operators and Released Parties (as defined in Section 8.2) are intended third-party beneficiaries of the disclaimers, limitations of liability, releases, indemnification, and dispute resolution provisions contained herein.
Electronic Communications. By using the Services, You consent to receive communications from the Company electronically, including by email and through notices posted on the Site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Contact Information. Questions or concerns regarding these Terms should be directed to: Eterna Home LLC dba Leave Then Cleave, Attn: Jon Lefrandt, Email: jon@leavethencleave.com.

These providers receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform their services and are contractually obligated to use such information solely for the purposes of providing services to the Company.
Legal Compliance. We may disclose personal information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required or permitted by applicable law, regulation, legal process, subpoena, court order, or governmental or regulatory request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, the Operators, Users, or the public.

P5.2Third-Party Analytics. The Company uses third-party analytics services, which may include Google Analytics and similar providers, that collect and process data about your use of the Site through their own Tracking Technologies. P5.3Social Media Pixels. There is no uniform industry standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals. The Company does not sell or share personal information as defined under applicable state privacy laws. If you reside in a state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, and similar), you may have additional rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data, the right to opt out of targeted advertising, and the right to data portability. To exercise any such rights, email jon@leavethencleave.com. The Company does not engage in automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects or similarly significant effects concerning EEA or UK residents. If You are located in the EEA or UK and believe that the Company has not adequately addressed Your data protection concerns, You have the right to lodge a complaint with Your local data protection supervisory authority.
P8. DATA SECURITY
The Company implements reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. NO METHOD OF ELECTRONIC TRANSMISSION OR DATA STORAGE IS COMPLETELY SECURE. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT OR GUARANTEE THE ABSOLUTE SECURITY OF ANY INFORMATION YOU TRANSMIT TO OR THROUGH THE SERVICES. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU PROVIDE PERSONAL INFORMATION AT YOUR OWN RISK.
