Do I have to post or participate publicly?

No. Many members start by reading, watching replays, and working through the 30-Day Boundary Reset. You can post when, and if, you're ready.

Is this community only for Christians?

No. Jon and Ashley are people of faith, and some resources, like the Christlike Boundaries course and the Faith & Boundaries space, are faith-centered. Everyone navigating difficult family relationships is welcome.

What if I'm still in contact with my family? What if I'm estranged?

Either way, you belong here. The community isn't built around one outcome. It's about clarity, healthier boundaries, and relationships grounded in truth and respect, whatever that looks like for you.

Are the live sessions included?

Yes. The weekly Live With Jon community calls are included with membership, and past sessions are available in the Replay Library.

Are courses and recorded workshops included?

Yes. Membership includes the Christlike Boundaries course, the Masterclass Library, and the Resource Library.

How does the free trial work? Can I cancel?

Your first 30 days are free. A card is required to start, and you won't be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel anytime from your account, during the trial or after. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged.

Is this therapy?

No. The Cleave Community offers education, encouragement, and peer support. It isn't a substitute for licensed therapy, medical care, legal advice, or pastoral care, and it isn't a crisis service.

Is it safe to share personal experiences?

The community is private and only visible to members. Your posts are visible to other members, though, so we can't guarantee confidentiality. Share at whatever level feels right for you, and please protect the privacy of others in your story.
